A variety of reports can be created from high-level company-wide cross-project reports, to user performance reports. Reports can be customized and run over a number of different parameters.

A number of useful reports showing various performance indices exist in the system. A high level report can be drilled down into the most discrete bit of information. 

For instance below is a report showing resource usage over the year for past months, and projected usage over the future months over various projects. 

A manager can click on the ‘free resources’ color in the projects legend and go to another report showing resources aggregated over various skill sets. 

The manager can click on the drop down to select a different aggregation parameter like designation, or projects worked on.
Lets say he clicks on the C++ block in Jan ’03, and a list of the projected free resources with C++ as a skill will show up in a window.
